Mike Consalvi, MPS, CSCS, USAW

In 2013, Mike graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Exercise Science from Rowan University in Glassboro, NJ. In 2019, he received his Master’s of Professional Studies in Sport Management from Missouri State University.


Following his time as an undergraduate, Mike served as an Assistant Sports Performance Coach for the football program at the University of Connecticut for two and a half years before becoming the Graduate Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the football team at Missouri State University. After graduating from MSU, he moved to Texas to work as a Sports Performance Coach at the Baylor Scott & White Sports Performance Center at the Star in Frisco, as well as Sports Academy at the Star. At the Star, he was able to work with a variety of athletes from all sports ranging from youth to professional levels. Mike joined the team at Aviator Sports Performance & Rehabilitation as the Performance Manager in November of 2020. He holds certifications through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (CSCS) and USA Weightlifting (Level 1 Sports Performance Coach) among several others.
