A Strength and Conditioning Toolkit Unlike Anything Else

Our Physical Therapists, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialists, Athletic Trainers, Performance Trainers, and Biomechanical Specialists have put their heads together to deliver a unique approach to sports performance training. We feel there are benefits to each approach that should be combined and implemented to reduce the overall risk of injury while still focusing on the body’s ability to perform at peak levels in the most efficient way. This medical model towards sports performance allows the individual to prepare, perform, and recover from sports and allows our bodies to sustain the countless hours of activities associated with our demanding lifestyles. With our coaches’ extensive backgrounds, a wide and growing knowledge base, and science-based training principles, we offer a level of training and care that minimizes risk and maximizes potential gains

Aviator’s Sports Performance Team not only treat a wide variety of athletes on a daily basis, but they have developed sport-specific physical benchmarks that are critical to injury prevention and performance enhancement. Our collaboration with top-level coaches and a constant drive to uncover the root causes of injury and keys to performance have led to some amazing breakthroughs.

We offer personalized training utilizing the technology found in the CoachMePlus Platform. Our training programs are for people of all ages, where we focus on injury prevention, movement restoration, and strength development. In the first session, we start by reviewing your BASE360 Screen in order to identify any weaknesses in strength, flexibility, stability, mobility, and power. We then utilize these markers to design a customized program for youth and adult athletes to improve performance, all while minimizing the risk of injury.​​

Do you want to help your kid prevent injury? Or, has your kid had a serious injury or surgery and don’t feel ready to return to sports? Do you want to keep your kids moving properly and staying healthy?

We offer the solution. Sign them up for our Youth Performance Training. We offer flexible dates and times. Choose private or small group training, depending on your schedule and goals.

In this customized program, we offer peak performance enhancement to ensure youth athletes are working at their best, all while minimizing their risk of injury.

 

General Information about Training:

  1. Must complete BASE360 Screenings Systems movement screen prior to registering for 1st Session

  2. Recognizing that we have a wide area of expertise, each with the possibility of being separate and distinct, our team will consult with and refer athletes to other professionals when appropriate.

  3. Recommended Monthly or Quarterly re-assessments to show improvements and/or changes in function
