Sports Performance Training
Train Hard Play Hard
Our Physical Therapists, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialists, Athletic Trainers, Performance Trainers, and Biomechanical Specialists have put their heads together to deliver a unique approach to sports performance training. We feel there are benefits to each approach that should be combined and implemented to reduce the overall risk of injury while still focusing on the body’s ability to perform at peak levels in the most efficient way. This medical model towards sports performance allows the individual to prepare, perform, and recover from sports and allows our bodies to sustain the countless hours of activities associated with our demanding lifestyles. With our coaches’ extensive backgrounds, a wide and growing knowledge base, and science-based training principles, we offer a level of training and care that minimizes risk and maximizes potential gains. Our athletes can safely TRAIN HARD so they can PLAY HARD!
Aviator’s Sports Performance Team not only treat a wide variety of athletes on a daily basis, but they have developed sport-specific physical benchmarks that are critical to injury prevention and performance enhancement. Our collaboration with top-level coaches and a constant drive to uncover the root causes of injury and keys to performance have led to some amazing breakthroughs.
Online Performance Programming
A Strength and Conditioning Toolkit Unlike Anything Else
Live too far away and aren't able to make it into our facility? Are you a former client of ours that wants to continue making improvements while training on your own time? Our online performance programming is for YOU! While in-person training is preferred for our clients to see the quickest results, we offer online personalized training utilizing the technology found in the CoachMePlus Platform. Our online training programs are for people of all ages, where we focus on injury prevention, movement restoration, and strength development. In the first session, we start by reviewing your BASE360 Screen (have you done this yet?) in order to identify any weaknesses in strength, flexibility, stability, mobility, and power. We then utilize these markers to design a customized program for youth and adult athletes to improve performance, all while minimizing the risk of injury.
